HIGH TOUCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

Requirements:
- Very good command of English
- Very good command of German (at least B2 level)
- Customer oriented attitude
- Problem solving skills in area of Service Management
- Business maturity proven with work experience
- Background in a high profile customer service, incident management etc. would be an asset
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-corporations
- Ability to build excellent working relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Day-to-day high level Customer Advocacy
- Close cooperation with Account Teams as well as Senior Management at both – Cisco & customer side
- Reporting (SLA & KPIs related to Cisco services provided)
- Delivering presentations during Quarterly Business Review meetings
- Business travel (usually on quarterly basis, travel for Quarterly Business Review)
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation & Intermediate would be an asset
- Incident Manager/Service Manager background would be an asset
- Contract of employment (including PTO, private healthcare, trainings & benefits)
