The position
Looking for a role where you are building the bridge between candidates and the company, where you know that it is all about having the right person at the right place at the right time? Help us build Recruiting to bring people talent and mission together. If you are passionate about working with people, know how to prioritize tasks and work under time pressure, then this role is for you!The start date of this role is planned for 1st of January 2025. We are meeting in the office around 3 days/week.
Tasks & responsibilities shared within a team
- Supporting our Recruiters in administrative tasks in terms of internal & external recruitment processes in English
- Scheduling and coordinating all telephone and personal on-site interviews via email or phone
- System administration in terms of creating of new positions for new hires, tracking candidates and recruitments statuses, postings jobs adverts
- Provide technical support to Managers, helping them open new requisitions in the system
- Administration of the employee referral program
About our future employee
You should speak fluently English (B2/C1 level). First experience in a corporate environment such as recruitment administration, HR, assistant role and similar are a plus. If you demonstrate a willingness to learn on the job, we are also open to candidates from other areas.Additionally, we are looking for:
- Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking system knowledge such as Success Factors, would be a plus
- Independent prioritization of work orders is based on regulatory and organizational requirements as well as on the goal of optimal customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, great team spirit, high accountability, and a solid service orientation
- Completed higher education (last year’s students are also welcome)
- Positive approach with ability to come up with ideas in our Speak-Up culture and participate in process optimization
- Good knowledge of Polish language is beneficial
