• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with software development tools and technologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in Power BI/Query, Alteryx, Visual Basics, RPA, Python scripts, or a programming language is a plus

• Work with stakeholders to identify and document software requirements
• Define software solutions, ensure that they are tested and delivered to meet customer expectations
• Create functional specifications in collaboration with software development teams, continuously improving the software development process
• Participate in the development of project plans and timelines
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them
• Ensure that project stakeholders are informed of project status and issues
• Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams
