About the role:
We are looking to extend our team, as the Logistics division of DFDS is growing at a rapid pace.
You will be part of a multinational team of ten experienced Finance System Consultants, two of which will be located in Poznan, where there is plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. The work culture is freedom under responsibility, so as you learn and grow you will be able to work more and more independently.

Junior Finance Systems Consultant

About the role:

You will be part of a multinational team of ten experienced Finance System Consultants, two of which will be located in Poznan, where there is plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Improving, describing and implementing new finance and accounting processes, both from a system and an end user perspective
- Participate in end user testing of existing and new functionalities and processes in DFDS systems
- Participate in multiple projects e.g. business restructuring, organizational changes, new systems implementations, and the systems side of M&A activities
- Support during and after implementation of new functionalities and systems
- Maintaining and developing documentation of finance functionalities and systems
- Training of both end users and super users within the finance area
- Troubleshooting, error handling and description of bugs

- As we are supporting the whole business and many internal customers around the DFDS offices across Europe the ability to travel approximately 10-20 days a year is important.
