Key Account Manager Energy Poland

We have an exciting and challenging position as Sales Executive Key Account Manager in our Europe Protective Coatings team. The Europe Protective Coatings team forms part of the EMEA Protective and Marine Coatings organization in PPG.
The position is specifically in the energy segment of the protective coatings market and includes the sub segments of Oil, Gas, Wind, Nuclear and other Renewable Energies.Main focus is on Oil & Gas.
In this role you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new construction project opportunities as well as strong Key Account Management at target customers. You will be part of a dynamic, high-performance commercial team, building and delivering industry leading value propositions to the top industry players. Customers range from structural steel fabricators and coatings applicators to regionally based asset owners and EPCs.
This position reports to the Segment Sales Manager -Energy and collaborates with team members across the region and functions. You will work in this highly competitive and international environment in a focussed and structured way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering turnover and margin targets
  • Maintaining a high level of interaction and collaboration with target customers
  • Compiling and submitting anti corrosion coating specifications with supportingdocumentation to target customers
  • Compiling and submitting sales quotations to target customers
  • Building and executing Key Account Management plans
  • Managing of a personal Sales Pipeline
  • Managing and securing of targeted sales opportunities
  • Providing and updating of sales forecasts
  • Providing input into the development and improvement our value propositions forthe energy segment
  • Managing working capital in terms of stock holding and accounts receivable for yourcustomers

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry/physics/engineering
  • Proven track record in sales and key account management
  • Relevant sales-experience in the Anti-corrosion coatings / Energy market
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • High proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce.com CRM (or similar), digital selling
