Specifically for our Supply Chain team within Krakow, Poland, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Governance Processes & Deployment Manager who will lead deployment of Supply Chain Synchronization Hub transformation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 
  A candidate with Bachelor’s or higher degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or related fields
• A candidate with min five years of experience in Supply Chain (at least one of: demand, supply, MRP) with exposure to multinational environment preferably in FMCG
• Knowledge of Supply Chain systems, implementation of digital solutions
• Design and deployment of business processes and standards
• Experience in Project / Program management or Performance Management
• Strategic and conceptual thinking and strong analytical skills
• High learning agility, autonomy, and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong collaboration, communication
• Excellent influencing skills, ability to advise and constructively challenge senior team members

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• 
  Own the management of Supply Chain Planning Performance covering but not limited to DDS, PDCA, SDDS.
• Works with the Sync Hub and Supply Chain functions to drive the quality of loss analysis and action-build to secure committed glidepath and FY target.
• Drives continuous improvement to align, streamline, build and sustain the best effective measures to drive stability, agility and synchronization in supply chain planning performance
• Own process & systems deployment and continuous improvement with the Supply Chain Planning Function. Act as process SME and collaborate with Supply Chain Excellence / COEs in process design, documentation development, process adherence monitoring, KPIs definition
• Lead governance & program delivery activities for assigned Sync Hub function including functional performance management and reporting, master plan reparation, strategy orchestration, global initiatives deployment and functional budget
• Act as the link between the governance teams and business function to cascade new global initiatives, escalate business requirements, communicate ongoing project progress and outcomes; support impact assessment and prioritization for new initiatives
• Comply with governance strategy & structure, manage analysis & preparations to report to senior management process deployment status update and highlighting risk and opportunities; support best practice sharing within governance community
• Lead functional continuous improvement, collect/identifies ideas/ area of improvement, define needed resources, timings and action plan. Identify and manage dependencies / synergies with other projects or initiatives to maximize efficiency and value delivery
• Lead or participate in projects for processes improvement, systems deployment, capabilities development and others; apply project management and change management methodologies; ensure deliverables in line with targets, measure & track progress, providing project updates, managing budget and stakeholders
