We are looking for a world-class analyst to become part of our Growth team. Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? THE JOURNEY

• Work with local and international Growth Marketing teams
• Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team to make the right decisions growing business in Poland.
• Track and monitor key Growth metrics of the assigned projects, to measure success, providing the appropriate visibility to the Growth and Marketing Manager plus local and HQ stakeholders
• Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights and actions. Design and coordinate a best-in-class execution of the local Pricing & Promo strategies
• Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base, step change retention rates and maximize profitability
• Take ownership of the reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools and using the available ones
• Provide expertise to local team, offering technical expertise and strategic insights for enhanced analysis
• Depending on your seniority and performance, you might also lead Marketing verticals end to end, like Pricing or Loyalty Program.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• >3 years of work experience on analytical roles leading analysis and turning insights into actions (business analysis preferred)
• Must have strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).
• Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must
• Proficiency in data storytelling, distilling complex concepts into accessible narratives, with documents and/or presentations, for audiences with diverse backgrounds.
• SQL proficiency is mandatory.
• Good fundamental Python for analytics knowledge (pandas, visualization libraries, and basic understanding of ML and statistics) is a plus
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, etc. is a plus
• Hands-on attitude is a must. You'll have to roll up your sleeves!
• Proficiency in English is a must
