As the Human Resources Manager, you will act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with local leadership to spearhead growth, expansion, and business change initiatives.
Your dynamic role includes following key responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HR-related legal and regulatory guidelines within the plant.
- Support local leaders and the European HR Manager, on personnel and operational matters.
- Lead the HR Department at our Polish plant, coordinating both local and international HR processes and projects.
- Design and implement innovative solutions, including employee development programs, career paths, training initiatives, incentive systems, and performance appraisals.
- Coordinate internal communication processes to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Monitor HR indicators and recommend actionable improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses to guide HR strategies.
YOUR PROFILE: Hands-On HR Operations leader with business acumen
We are looking for a versatile HR Expert with:
- A category B driving license.
- A degree in HR management, economics or related fields & proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in labour law and HR tools.
- Knowledge of finance, budgeting, and operational issues to support leadership in decision-making.
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills to effectively work with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven change management experience in evolving organisations.
- Proactive and hands-on approach, a results-driven attitude, a solution-focused mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills, team spirit, and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
