- Shipping orders for all ordered and available POS materials incl. pricelists for PL, CZ, SK, Balkans, Central Asia
- Organization of customer visits to Mettlach for PL, CZ, SK, Balkans
- Support for E-Comm channel (preparing of banners and other activities) for PL, CZ, SK
- Organization of Architect@Work fair in Gdansk for PL (support for the CM)
- Preparing and sending of Newsletters for PL
- Launching of New Architectura & V&B Taps – online trainings incl. reporting them in SF, local activities & communication, mostly for agent markets for PL, CZ, SK, Balkans, Central Asia
- Supporting sales campaigns (local initiatives) by preparing digital packages and creating flyers with attractive graphics for PL, CZ, SK, Balkans, Central Asia
- Support for customers: sending 3D data, images, preparing product launching packages for PL, CZ, SK, Balkans, Central Asia
- PR and advertising activities – downloading press releases and distribution to press and customers for PL, CZ, SK, Balkans, Central Asia
- Ordering tableware as gifts for customers/ interior designers and distribution under all PL, CZ, SK, Balkans, Central Asia
- Preparing posts on Facebook and support for customers’ social media
- higher education
- 5 years experience on the position of Marketing Manager/Marketing Specialist
- knowledge of Polish and English or German language
