The Company focuses on solar power project development, construction management and project financing services with local professional teams in more than 10 countries around the world.
Now there is the unique opportunity to join our team as Project Development Specialist.
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and support photovoltaic project development from planning through to completion and beyond, ensuring all documentation, permits, and approvals are secured in a timely manner. This includes coordinating with design firms, environmental consultants, and local government entities, as well as managing relationships with various stakeholders such as landowners and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination and support along the planning process and the whole cycle of development until RTB/COD and beyond
• Preparing documentation for securing environmental decisions, including EIAs, site conditions, and building permits.
• Ensuring the completeness and timely submission of required documents.
• Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with local government entities.
• Coordinating project activities with design firms and environmental consultants.
• Assisting in negotiating land lease agreements for photovoltaic installations.
• Analyzing technical documentation and creating electronic maps.
• Utilizing Auto CAD and similar tools for project documentation.
• Stakeholders management including landowners, local authorities, third party consultants, advisors, and relevant internal departments.
• Performing additional duties related to the execution of photovoltaic projects.

Requirements

• A higher education degree in environmental protection, spatial management, project management, or related fields.
• A minimum of one year of experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably with experience in photovoltaic projects.
• Practical knowledge of the investment process and documentation related to building permits, EIAs, and site conditions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for renewable energy projects, including environmental permits.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Auto CAD; familiarity with QGis or Arc Map is advantageous.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to work independently.
• Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in team collaboration.
• Intermediate proficiency in English. (B2)
• A Category B driving license.
• Flexibility and preparedness for occasional business travel.
