We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager at Go Wit, a leading advertising technology company specializing in retail media.

About Us: At Go Wit, we're pioneering innovative solutions in the advertising technology sector, with a focus on empowering retailers and brands to reach their target audiences effectively. As a fast-growing company, we're committed to driving results and fostering a dynamic, collaborative work environment.

Role Overview: We're seeking a talented individual with at least 3 years of experience in sales within the ecommerce and retail advertising sectors, specifically within the CEE region. Experience in retail media and digital advertising is a big bonus! This role will involve driving sales initiatives, building strategic partnerships, leveraging your market knowledge to fuel growth, and selling our Retail Media Ads product to multi-brand retailers, marketplaces, and grocery/restaurant deliveries within the region. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, driving revenue, and shaping the future of retail media in the dynamic CEE and Turkey markets.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail & ecommerce advertising sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of the CEE markets.
  • Additional experience in the retail media and digital advertising industry is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English.

Our Interview Process:

  • First interview with the Recruiter (1h): learn more about the position, our business goals, product, culture, team, and ask any questions you might have.
  • Second interview with the CEO (30 min): get the opportunity to meet the CEO and expand on our goals for CEE and discuss actionable next steps.
