Sales Account Manager, Food Colors Poland

It is an exciting time at Sensient, where your individual performance will be rewarded with unlimited earning potential. As a Sales Account Manager, you will maintain and grow relationships with customers and distributors to pursue profitable growth opportunities for our Food Colors business.
This position is a home based role in Poland.
What you'll do:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to sell our top-shelf, value-added natural colors.
You will be an intricate part of the commercial team, responsible for developing and delivering sales activities to direct customers and distribution partners in Poland and other Eastern Europe countries.
You will be given ownership over your sales territory with the ability and expectation to manage and grow your business with existing clients and distributors and onboarding strategic new clients.
As a part of a dynamic team, you will have internal resources structured to support and ensure your success!

You will bring…

Fluency in English & Polish.
Successful B2B technical sales experience that reflects high productivity of measurable results.
A strategic approach to developing and winning business and savvy at selling technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience (ideally in the food industry -ingredients, chemical or pharma ingredients, etc.).
A bachelor's degree along with excellent organization, project management, customer service, and communication skills.
