Senior Recruiter (Ref: 745)

Location: Poland- Remote or UK-based

French and English language skills

We’re looking for a Senor Recruiter to join an established high-performing team, working within the Chemical Manufacturing industry. If you're driven by results, thrive on building relationships with stakeholder at all levels around the business, and have a passion for recruiting, this opportunity is for you.

How you’ll shape the future of talent

Own the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
Manage a requisition load while providing strategic sourcing in candidate driven markets
Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline
Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
Promote DE&I initiatives through ongoing networking, process improvement, and education

You’ll be someone who can bring

Recruitment experience, including full cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships
Your personal brand is grounded in communication, partnership, and integrity
A keen understanding of business needs, be in and around people regularly to solidify relationships and partnerships; consultative by nature
We are looking to engage with candidates who are well versed in delivering an exceptional candidate journey
Highly skilled with direct sourcing, screening candidates, managing stakeholders, and being responsible for offer management and full recruitment lifecycle
Your objectives will be to ensure a streamlined turn around delivering operational excellence at all stages of the process
Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and French language
