Our International Tax Team is a partner for Akamai's business. We support its operations through tax compliance reporting and advisory. We influence almost 40 countries across the globe. We identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and collaborate with external tax service providers.
Partner with the best
In this role, you will have the opportunity to investigate tax jurisdictions in almost 40 countries. Being a part of a highly trained team and working with elite external partners, you will become a trusted advisor to our leadership. You will manage many tax areas as its own business!
As a Tax Analyst II, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing transfer pricing documentation in-house (local files, benchmarks)
• Liaising with external tax service providers (completing requests lists, reviewing their deliverables)
• Handling income tax compliance in requested areas
• Creating Excel spreadsheets and workpapers to support tax compliance
• Analyzing accounts and providing necessary reconciliations
• Researching local tax regulations if necessary
• Interacting with other Finance teams and supporting financial operations with income tax matters

Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience in the transfer pricing area (transfer pricing compliance, preparing comparative analyses of services transactions and handling transfer pricing software)
• Show understanding of accounting principles and income taxation
• Be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Present solid analytical capabilities with an ability to provide data-backed analysis
• Be able to create clear and concise documentation and workpapers
• Have very good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
