Account Management - Customer Care Remote in Lisbon Possible - German Speakers

As Customer Advisor for Social Media you will support in providing telephone and written customer support. Experience a different side of the project’s world and professionally assist the platform corporate customers with their concerns.
The Job:
- Consulting and support for users (small and medium size companies)
- Contact by phone (inbound), as well as in writing via e-mail or online chat;
- Handling questions about advertising, technical errors, questions about pixels and catalogues Customer-oriented solution finding for any inquiries, but no sales;
- Independent and proactive solution finding, using the always available knowledge base
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
- B2/C1 level in English
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- EU Passport or PT Residency Card - MANDATORY
