- Degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or equivalent;
- Previous experience of 3 years in application support functions, analysis and resolution of incidents using .NET and Java;
- Previous contact with maintenance and optimization of application support tools (Biztalk, IIS, Apache Tomcat, Documentum - Open Text, Glassfish, Ansible or Elasticsearch);
- Knowledge of SQL Server database;
- Knowledge of Power Shell or Shell Script;
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux/Unix operating systems would be an advantage;
- Autonomy and proactivity;
- Client oriented;
- Good English level.
