What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

• Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1)
• Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints
• Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner
• ECOM advice (questions related to returns, deliveries or refunds)
• Care advice (questions related to products, product alternatives or product specifics)

Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Experience / Interest in Cosmetics will be a plus
• Experience in Customer Service
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card

Recruitment process
