Ando Living is our premium serviced-residences brand, the emerging powerhouse in hospitality. Our architects infuse organic elegance into each Ando Living property, equipping them with the finest amenities and the market's best. Being guest centric, we deliver unparalleled living experiences to our international guests. With 10 buildings in Portugal and Turkey, and more under construction, we are expanding our unique European hospitality network to the most vibrant cities like Madrid, Paris, and London.
We have managed over 150,000 bookings, welcomed 400,000 guests, and generated more than €40m revenues for our property owners. Currently operating 1,200 apartments, we are on track to amplify our portfolio to 5,000 apartments across EMEA in the coming years.
Lovely Stay, the hospitality arm of Optylon Krea, is a market leading tech oriented short-term rental property manager. Role responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads to convert potential clients into new partners.
- Visit properties, meet and negotiate with clients.
- Develop b2b and b2c partnerships with investors, brokers, real estate developers, and international agents to establish long-term productive relationships.
- Facilitate onboardings of new properties together with the Onboarding Team.
- Respect operational guidelines and work together with the hospitality department to find new solutions and develop new markets.
- Administer and negotiate contracts and keep all CRM and databases up to date.
- Actively participate strategically in the department and company
- Perform regular quality control visits or in between reservations (cleaning, maintenance, equipment verification).
- Represent the company in welcoming providers, equipment & services & be present during deliveries or maintenance.
- Have a degree, preferably in something you enjoyed.
- Have experience in a job role where you dealt with clients, either in a sales or account management position - even if we understand that business development is a profile!
- Mandatory: Portuguese (fluent/proficient) and English skills (fluent/proficient).
- You’re able to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and are used to working towards targets.
- Excellent communication skills - a good salesperson is a good storyteller.
- Self-motivated: has no problem being self-accountable and reliable to working alone, used to working towards targets and commissions.
