As a Customer Support Technical representative specializing in French and English you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products or services in both French and English.

Issue Resolution: Analyze customer problems and provide effective solutions, following up to ensure complete resolution.
