About the role

Our Digital Technology IT Pool team, composed of 11 people, is integrated in the Infra Workplace & Cloud department and focuses on Procurement Operations in collaboration with other Digital Technology Departments.
As a Digital Technology Infra Support Trainee, you will work on administrative and procurement activities, related to Run & Project Management and Strategic Planning and Budget Follow up to support the Digital Technology Department. You will get the opportunity to contribute to Digital Technology Function and have a positive impact on Global Business Services.
You will be accountable for:
- Purchase order creation
- Purchase request to purchase order monitor and troubleshooting
- Goods and order reception check
- Billing follow-up and control, credit note management, contract control
- Support to monthly accounting closure
We offer a fixed-term internship (12 months) contract based on hybrid working mode.

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in Administration or Executive Assistance.
Comfortable with the usage of productivity and collaboration tools (including Google Workplace).
Competencies:
- IT and/or Tech-Savvy
- Fluency in English
- SAP / SRM7 knowledge is a plus

About the pay and benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal's base pay range for this role is 940 EUR up to 1040 EUR a month, based on your academic background.
