What does your day-to-day in this role look like as a Customer Advisor:

• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide the best possible answers and solutions
• Troubleshoot regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
• Provide information about products
• Escalate and reroute the necessary matters and issues to other departments

Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Fluent in Dutch and good in English
• Experience in customer support
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
