E-Invoicing Business Analyst

We are looking for an E-Invoicing Business Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform functional analysis and process design for electronic invoice issuing and reception, while monitoring invoice reception flows and supporting suppliers in transitioning to electronic invoicing
- Monitor interdependencies between application implementations, coordinate with IT teams, and perform application assessments to propose functional solutions, ensuring compliance
- Define test scenarios, execute tests, support with business users, and provide functional support, including documentation and end-user training.

Profile:
- Academic background in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Information Systems or similar
- + 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Dematerialization and Electronic Invoicing Reform tools
- Knowledge of Kofax Total Agility and Readsoft Process Director
- MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven to team work
- Fluency in English
- Hybrid work - office in Lisbon (1/2x per week)
