Purchasing Business Analyst

We are looking for a Purchasing Business Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location: Lisbon
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional analysis and process design for invoice treatment across different processes, while monitoring inter-dependencies between application implementations and coordinating planning with IT teams
- Define test scenarios, execute tests, support with business users, and provide functional support, including documentation and end-user training
- Assess applications, gather client requirements, and propose solutions for invoice reception and integration, ensuring compliance

Profile:
- Academic background in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Information Systems or similar
- + 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Dematerialization and Electronic Invoicing Reform tools
- Knowledge of Kofax Total Agility and Readsoft Process Director
- MS Office and SAP MM/SD/Authorizations
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven to team work
- Fluency in English
- Hybrid work - office in Lisbon (1/2x per week)
