About the role

What you'll do

• Manage collateral management tasks including margin calls, dispute management, collateral and interest settlement
• Setting up of collateral agreements and trade reconciliation
• Support to team in the in-depth consulting to trading and treasury departments
• Ensure end to end workflow for collateral management operations is completed and compliant with regulatory requirements and clearing house rules
• Support in different projects
• Challenge the status-quo and strive for process improvements
• Ensure timely escalation of any issues to Operations, Front Office, Risk and IT

What you'll need

• Masters degree in Finance, Economics or similar
• Experience or theoretical knowledge of the derivatives collateral industry; OTC as well as Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and GMSLA
• Knowledge of collateral management and ability to work in a fast-paced client-focused, deadline-oriented environment
• Good knowledge of derivatives products, their structures, behaviours and associated life cycle events
• Fluent in English
• Self-starter with attention to detail and an ability to manage simultaneous activities through to resolution

Nice to have

• Knowledge of collateral management processes and practices including regulatory IM and VM
• Knowledge of tri Resolve and Acadia Soft Margin Sphere
• Language skills in German or French
