It replaces tedious email and Excel forms with a single tool that producers and their business partners can use to organize, manage, and collaborate on professional information. About the role….

• work closely with our CEO and the entire Bottlebooks team, either remotely or from our office - your choice
• communicate directly with customer inquiries and requests
• develop training and help for customers
• assist customers manage their product workflow
• become an expert with regards to our product
• be the voice of our customer to our design and development team

Nice to have skills…

• knowledge of software development, or experience in a software company
• customer-centric mindset
• ability to solve problems
• ability to use quickly use Excel/Google Sheets
• excellent communication skills in English (C1) and at least another language (Spanish, Italian, German, French are a plus)
• knowledge of the wine world

Eligibility Criteria for the program IEFP+Talento:

• Age: 35 years or younger.
• Qualifications: National Qualifications Framework Level 6 or higher.
• Unemployed and registered with IEFP or eligible emigrants returning to Portugal after at least 12 months abroad.

Note: If you've completed a state-funded internship in the past, you must now hold a higher qualification or one in a new educational field.
