We would love to start cooperating if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists at international companies or recruitment agencies
- Skills in candidates search and selection (direct search and headhunting are a huge plus)
- Understanding of IT domain specifics and European job markets (especially in Portugal)
- Experience in communication with foreign clients
- Advanced level of written and conversational English
- Good command of Portuguese
- A self-driven person who is able to manage own time and priorities and work in a multitasking mode

Excellent communicator with good presentation skills, and a positive and result-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:

Cooperation with HR Lead on Recruiting Processes' enhancement

Leading the full recruitment lifecycle resulting in successful job-offering and contract signing

Searching and selection, including active search and headhunting
-
Conducting HR interviews followed by written and oral candidates' evaluation and presentation
-
Providing top-notch recruitment services and consultancy within IT area
-
Cooperation with local project managers on positions open with their teams on daily basis
- Reporting to HR Lead on a daily basis about recruitment workflow and results

Cooperation with HR Lead on Recruiting Processes' enhancement
