Tasks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements and qualifications needed for open positions within Boost-IT;
- Source and attract candidates by utilizing various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events;
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Boost-IT's values and mission;
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback;
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports to track the progress of open positions and improve future recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting IT professionals;
- Experience in managing candidate databases, conducting interviews, and presenting job opportunities to them;
- Experience in international recruitment processes (a plus);
- High capacity for learning;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Persistent, dynamic, proactive;
- Enjoy working in a team and goal-oriented;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- French knowledge (nice to have).
