DBServices helps to design, develop and support digital platforms for large and mid-sized companies in ITC, Banking, Retail, Government, Health, and other industries in Europe and Americas.

Tasks

Manage service operations, including service element management, catalog maintenance, and escalations, ensuring business needs are met.
Implement and oversee process standards, performance indicators, and policies.
Optimize service management frameworks and support multi-vendor environments.
Contribute to planning, budgeting, and aligning IT service management processes with business goals.
Advise business management on IT services and solutions, ensuring customization and lifecycle management.
Maintain the service catalog and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Coordinate tests, manage infrastructure installations, updates, and change-release processes.
Resolve IT service issues and provide 2nd-level user support, including coaching and training.
Implement knowledge management practices and stay updated on IT industry trends.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Management.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and PC hardware lifecycle management.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
