What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Issue Resolution: Provide first-line support for technical issues via phone, email, or chat, diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently.
• Troubleshooting: Assist users in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, guiding them through step-by-step solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and user interactions in a ticketing system.
• User Training: Educate users on software features and best practices through webinars, tutorials, or one-on-one sessions.
• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and alerts, proactively identifying potential issues before they affect users.
• Installation Support: Assist with the installation and configuration of software and hardware for users.
• Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback to identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for users while handling technical inquiries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Tech Enthusiast: A curiosity for the latest technologies.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills.
• Empathetic Approach: Understanding customer needs is key.
