As a Material Management, what are you going to do?

• Work hand-in-hand with category managers and unit heads within the company to determine the company’s supply needs;
• Helps to drive and maintain existing relationships between the company and suppliers;
• Place orders for materials on behalf of the company, and also make sure that orders are delivered as at when due; handles prepayment requests and occasionally negotiate with suppliers;
• Oversees the full delivery of materials from expedition until receipt in good quality;
• Performs claim of the materials to the supplier if they are not received in good quality;
• Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of Health, Safety & Environment and report any non-conformity detected in this area;
• Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of the Quality Management System and other Management Systems that the company may adopt;
• Ensure the confidentiality of the information available within the scope of the activity, as contractually defined;
• Ensure that Environment and health is integrated into all activities and strictly maintain adherence to EHS Policy & Procedures as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance. Complete all the compulsory training related with them and ensure that the team members do the same;
• Comply with the information security and data privacy policies and procedures adopted by Vision-Box, and ensure that your team members do the same. Report any information security or data privacy incidents or weaknesses immediately. Complete all the compulsory training related to information security and data privacy and ensure that the team members do the same.

What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?

• Bachelor’s degree and previous experience;
• Market and technology curiosity, ability to have the big picture while dealing in the day to day with the operation;
• Data analysis & advanced excel skill's (nice to have);
• Strong time management skills; strong research, negotiation, and analytical skills;
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
