Office and building administrator (M/F)

Location: Madeira (airport area)
Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (1 hour lunch break)
What we offer:

Salary up to 1650 euros gross (fix salary + meal card + performance bonuses)
Laptop;
Cellphone;
Christmas and Vacation bonuses.

Responsibilities
You'd be responsible to ensure that our office and operations have everything they need to function, this includes (but not limited to):

Dealing with suppliers, logistics, maintenance, office supplies etc;
Helping the management with specific projects, from finding us a new space for our branches or offices to find accommodation for our workers or board members;
Assembly furniture in the office (an Ikea Chair or desk for example);
Help management with day-by-day challenges, this is very vast, but starting with taking a document to our lawyers, to finding the best catering company for a company event.

Requierements
In short, we’re looking for someone who:

is fluent in Portuguese and English;
is VERY organized and tidy;
is attentive to details;
is trustworthy, fair, honest, and responsible;
likes to interact with people;
Doesn´t have any problem doing non-specialized jobs, like changing lamps or assembling a chair.
