Office and building administrator (M/F)

Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (1 hour lunch break)
What we offer:
- Salary up to 1650 euros gross (fix salary + meal card + performance bonuses)
- Laptop;
- Cellphone;
- Christmas and Vacation bonuses.
Responsibilities
You'd be responsible to ensure that our office and operations have everything they need to function, this includes (but not limited to):
- Dealing with suppliers, logistics, maintenance, office supplies etc;
- Helping the management with specific projects, from finding us a new space for our branches or offices to find accommodation for our workers or board members;
- Assembly furniture in the office (an Ikea Chair or desk for example);
- Help management with day-by-day challenges, this is very vast, but starting with taking a document to our lawyers, to finding the best catering company for a company event.
In short, we’re looking for someone who:
- is fluent in Portuguese and English;
- is VERY organized and tidy;
- is attentive to details;
- is trustworthy, fair, honest, and responsible;
- likes to interact with people;
- Doesn´t have any problem doing non-specialized jobs, like changing lamps or assembling a chair.
