DO WHAT YOU LOVE
- You manage onboarding processes, including employment contracts and mandatory affiliations
- You handle changes such as employee transfers, promotions, and more
- You manage offboarding processes, like issuing confirmation letters
- You prepare AT declarations
- You monitor medical visits and employee insurance
- You perform various HR administrative tasks
- You hold a degree in human resources or a related qualification
- You have demonstrated initial experience in personnel administration
- You are responsive, meticulous, well-organized, and uphold confidentiality with the utmost care
- You possess strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and thrive in a team environment
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
- You have very good English skills, French, Dutch or German is a plus
