YOUR MISSION

• Support via email and chat
• Resolution of login difficulties;
• Recovery and changes of emails and phone numbers, and other accounts
• Information;

• Editing of hacked accounts and character recovery;
• Response to Reward Program questions;
• Answering questions about tokens and pre-paid game cards;
• Handling any inquiries related to payments;
• processing of refunds;
• Professional administration of customer data.

MUST HAVE

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Russian
• Good computer skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
