What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

• As a Politics & Government Assistant for Social Media (Dutch and English), you will be part of an ambitious, motivated support team, working with one of the world’s most

recognizable companies
Gather important information

• Monitor advertisements, detecting inappropriate links;
• Identify and troubleshoot possible issues
• Triage requests from the different entities
• Facilitate the communication with Government, Political, and Advocacy partners
• Help to keep relevant content on various platforms
• Respond, when possible and needed, by email, with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy
• Escalate any issue, when needed

Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
• B2/C1 level in English
• Availability to work in rotating shifts;
• Good computer skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
