YOUR MISSION
- Support via email and chat
- Resolution of login difficulties;
- Recovery and changes of emails and phone numbers, and other accounts
- Information;
- Editing of hacked accounts and character recovery;
- Response to Reward Program questions;
- Answering questions about tokens and pre-paid game cards;
- Handling any inquiries related to payments;
- processing of refunds;
- Professional administration of customer data.
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
- Good computer skills;
- Gaming Knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
- Assistance with Accommodation when relocating to Portugal
