What you can expect
We are looking for a Team Leader, who will be responsible for guiding, coaching and motivating a team that is focused on customer service.
Are you passionate about customer service and have experience in this area? Are you also a consultant and feel confident speaking to B2B clients about digital marketing?

What you'll do
  • Motivate, lead and guide the team to reach their highest potential both in terms of service metrics and career goals;
  • Ensures both individual and team productivity, manages performance, provides floor assistance and real-time coaching;
  • Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Work with the team to create meaningful development plans and deliver feedback.
What you'll need
  • Native
    French, or German, or Italian or Spanish (minimum C1
    –
    Mandatory)
    ;
  • Fluency in English (C1 minimum);
  • Solid experience managing teams (not necessarily in contact center environment);
  • Professional maturity, ability and confidence in communicate with clients and stress resistance.
