Support Analyst

We are currently looking for a Support Analyst to join our team.
Location: Remote, Portugal.
Required skills:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar;
- Min. 5 years of experience as Support Analyst;
- Experience in L3 Support (diagnose and resolve technical incidents;
- Experience maintaining documentation (Manufacturing/PLD/HSE domain);
- Experience contributing to the implementation of change requests;
- Experience participating in problem analysis/root cause reviews;
- Experience supporting technical management and roadmap planning;
- Technical skills required: Windows, Apache, Oracle, JBoss, My SQL, Linux, Tomcat, SQL Server, Networking (advanced knowledge); Cybersecurity (Basic knowledge);
- Flexibility and Proactivity;
- Attention to details;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
