We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Team Lead for our Security Solutions team. The successful candidate will manage a team of 8 professionals responsible for selling cybersecurity solutions across various brands. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of cybersecurity products, and the ability to engage directly with clients regularly. The Team Lead will also oversee the training and development of the team, ensure punctual and accurate reporting, and manage call follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of 8 sales professionals specializing in cybersecurity solutions.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to achieve sales targets and individual growth.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
• Training & Development :

Oversee the initial and ongoing training of team members to ensure they are up to date with the latest cybersecurity products and solutions.
Identify skill gaps and organize targeted training sessions to address them.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

• Client Engagement :

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in client meetings multiple times a week to understand their needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Reporting & Monitoring :

Monitor and track the performance of all team members, ensuring that call follow-ups and client engagements are conducted efficiently.
Prepare and present regular reports/presentations on team performance, sales metrics, and client interactions to senior management.
Ensure all team activities are documented and tracked in the CRM system.

• Leadership & Initiative :

Take full responsibility for the team’s overall performance and actively work to meet and exceed sales goals.
Encourage a dynamic and proactive work environment where team members are motivated to take initiative and deliver results.
Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business dev, IT, Cybersecurity, or above (not mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Team Lead position
• Skills:

In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity products and solutions (at least fast learner).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
