We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and outgoing individual to join our team as a tour guide for a young adult adventure travel business based in Faro. You will be leading groups of travelers from Faro to Porto, showcasing Portugal’s most stunning landscapes, cities, and hidden treasures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily group excursions with enthusiasm and expert knowledge
• Facilitate group activities including hiking, biking, kayaking, and other adventure sports
• Provide insight into Portuguese culture, history, and local traditions
• Ensure guest safety and create a fun, engaging atmosphere
• Assist with logistics and trip planning, including transport, accommodation, and meal coordination
• Share experiences through social media to build a buzz around the tours

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
• Previous experience as a tour guide or in adventure tourism is preferred
• Passion for outdoor activities and sharing the love for Portugal
• Social media savvy (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
