Our client is Smart Home Solutions provider, their services are very popular all over the world!
They provide a collection of smart devices for your home that can be controlled with your voice or phone. They can do things like adjusting the temperature, watching over your home, and playing music, making life easier and more connected.
Friendly and patient assistance is crucial for ensuring that users have a positive experience with their G-devices. It helps build trust, loyalty, and a sense of satisfaction among customers.
That's why we are looking for reinforcements in the form of Dutch -speaking employees for our team in Lisbon/Portugal.
We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers!
As a Customer Support you will:

• Support for Dutch speaking application users by phone, email and chat
• Walk Dutch speaking users through the setup process for their smart home devices, ensuring a smooth start to their smart home experience
• Provide patient guidance to Dutch speaking users facing technical issues with their devices eg: Wi-Fi connectivity problems, device unresponsiveness etc.
• Explain the various features of devices in an easy-to-understand way.
• Assist Dutch speaking users with ordering new devices or processing returns, making the purchasing process hassle-free

Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):

• 1100€ gross x 14 months (it's 1283€ gross x 12 months) - basic salary,
• 135€ gross / month fixed project bonus
• up to 120€ gross performance bonus,
• 7,23€ NET/day meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
• This offer comes with 15th EXTRA SALARY: 1100€ gross paid after 1st year of contract!

What do we offer?

• Possible start: 6.11
• It's OFFICE BASED position in Lisbon Oriente
• Shifts system: Monday to Friday – 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday to Sunday – 8 am to 5 pm (5days/week, 40h / week) with 2 rotating days off
• Permanent (CDI) full time employment contract with 3 months trial period (according to the Portuguese law)
