What you can expect

WFM Manager will be managing a team of Workforce Analyst and Real Time Analysts, being responsible for coordinating and defining the standards for the team’s work.

Manage the team to develop WFM planning for the company projects; Improve the department’s performance, always looking to make work more efficient and effective.

What you'll do

Improve the department performance, always looking to make work more efficient and effective;
Endure the delivers reports to Operations Management Team;
Identify risks in the various projects and suggests ways of internal control, to mitigate the associated risks;
Interaction with other departments in order to improve and or maximize Results;
Proposing improvement and innovations methods across the department and the company;
Ensure the generates and delivers real time reports to Operations Management Team;
Monitoring and improving team’s productivity;
Implementing company-wide management-approved strategies;
Take an active role in the development of the department’s strategic and plans as required by department leadership;
May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.

What you'll need

Higher Degree Education (preferential);
Fluency in English (mandatory);
High-level of proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SQL Server, BI tools, WFM tools & Phyton;
Experience managing in Customer Experience Management operations (preference);
Analytical & decision making skills;
Achievement oriented.
