Trust and Safety Lead – French speaker

What you can expect

As a Trust & Safety (T&S) Lead, your main task will be to oversee, lead, manage and support the specialists team. You will have to ensure that the work is divided evenly and to the people with the expertise in the area while guaranteeing the job is well performed and the quality maintained.

What you'll do

Lead and motivate employees to meet and exceed personal targets and team SLA’s (e.g. productivity & quality). Drive high performance culture;
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholder within the business;
Conduct regular one to ones, team meetings and performance reviews;
Monitor and manage staffing, capacity and work distribution ensuring optimum productivity, efficiency and workflow management;
Act as the first point of contact to manage team related issues and challenges e.g. attendance management, HR policy implementation;
Define, review and provide ongoing, meaningful feedback on performance objectives to employees;
Encourage and promote employee wellbeing through active participation in wellness activities and other initiatives.

What you'll need

Post-secondary education in language or cultural studies is a major asset (not mandatory);
Fluency in French (C2);
Fluency in English (C1);
Prior experience in Trust & Safety (preferred);
Team player with strong solving and conflict management skills;
Above average reasoning and analytical skills.
