We are currently looking for a Health & Safety Specialist for the Telepizza brand, reporting to the Head of HR. The workplace will based in Almada, but you'll need to be present around all our stores. Your mission role will be: Implement and oversee occupational health and safety measures, focused on the workplace environment and company activities, in compliance with current legislation and best practices. The aim is to create a safe working environment, minimizing accident risks and promoting employee health, thereby ensuring adherence to legal standards. Your main responsabilities: * Identify and assess workplace health and safety risks to prevent occupational accidents and diseases; * Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies, ensuring they are aligned with current legislation and industry best practices; * Organize training and awareness actions for employees on workplace health and safety practices, promoting a culture of prevention; * Supervise and control the implementation of health and safety measures, ensuring their effectiveness and compliance with established standards; * Keep all documentation related to workplace health and safety up to date, including procedures, incident records, and risk assessments; * Act as a point of contact between the company and external entities, such as labor inspection services and insurers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; * Conduct investigations into workplace accidents, identify their causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent their recurrence; * Promote continuous improvement of workplace health and safety practices, through the review and updating of policies and procedures, taking into account new challenges and legislation.
Requisitos : We’re looking for: * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or similar; * 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; * Training as Técnico Superior de Higiene e Segurança do Trabalho (homologado pela ACT) * Detail oriented and with a sense of urgency; * Able to deal with short deadlines and high business pressure; * Fluent in Portuguese and B2 Level for both Spanish and English (plus); * Knowledge of MS Office tools from a user perspective, particularly MS Excel and MS Power Point.
