Accommodation / Camp In- Charge

We are urgently looking for a Camp boss / Accommodation In-charge will be responsible for managing the administration, maintenance and colleague welfare within the housing facilities.
Key Responsibilities :

Ensure that the colleague accommodation is well secured and colleagues are accommodated as per their entitlements.
Welcome, explain and handover accommodation keys to new team members
Provide inductions to all new employees regarding company accommodation policy and procedure
Regularly visit staff and labor accommodations and inspect and follow up the standard of accommodations.
Maintain company employees camp allocation Data Base and arranging the report of employee camp cost.
Management and inspect Tenants are following the company rules and regulation in their camp premises and well behave.
Coordinate and follow up to ensure all maintenance requests are done timely
Inspect the accommodation to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary
Supervise the work of cleaning staff and ensure standards are maintained
Maintain up to date records of accommodation, which clearly states occupied and vacant spaces within the colleague housing
Maintain up to date records of all contracts relevant to all leased apartment and ensure that all renewal documentation is conducted on a timely basis
Communicate with the team regarding all the updates related to employees accommodations,
Submission of weekly accommodation reports
Perform additional tasks given by your managers

Experience and skills:

Minimum 5 years GCC experience in similar position
Strong communication skills
Valid Qatar Driving License
Good computer skills and Data Entry.
The ability to remain diplomatic and pleasant, think on your feet and remain calm in a crisis
Flexibility and adaptability with good organizational skills
The ability to work under pressure and to solve problems
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures (such as contract, housing or employment law, health and safety, cleanliness practices and waste management) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
