Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Baby Wellness Specialist with a strong background in pediatric nursing, caregiving, and infant care. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with babies and young children, delivering therapeutic services and educational workshops for new parents. We’re looking for a team player who has a passion for helping families and creating positive experiences for babies and their caregivers.
Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized baby care services including baby massage, hydrotherapy, and wellness sessions.
• Conduct baby care workshops on breastfeeding support, newborn care, and child development.
• Support mothers in their wellness journey with pre and postnatal care and relaxation techniques.
• Assist with general wellness activities such as infant yoga, sensory play, and developmental exercises.
• Educate and guide parents on best practices for newborn care, sleep routines, and bonding activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for babies and families, adhering to the highest hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of services and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications:

• Certified Pediatric Nurse/Nurse, Baby Wellness Specialist, or Caregiver with relevant training.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and young children in a professional setting.
• Experience in conducting baby and parent workshops or classes is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a bonus.
• Ability to remain calm, nurturing, and professional in all interactions.
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Full-time position, six days a week.
• Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Monthly salary: QAR 4,000.00 (full package)
