Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to set up and grow the coffee shop, focusing on short-term and long-term objectives.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and baristas to enhance the menu, ensuring it aligns with market trends and customer preferences.
- Marketing Strategy: Create and execute effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the shop.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, local businesses, and potential partners.
- Financial Management: Monitor the shop's financial performance, working closely with the finance team to manage budgets and optimize profitability.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in setting up and growing coffee shops or similar concepts in Qatar.
