• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and market penetration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations and secure partnerships that align with the company’s goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the oil and gas sector, with a strong focus on contractor services.
• Established network of contacts within the oil and gas industry in Qatar.
• In-depth understanding of the market, including current trends and key players.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives that contribute to business success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
