Company Overview:
Sendian Group is a leading diversified business in Qatar, spanning multiple sectors including engineering, construction, oil and gas, technology, food supply, and more. We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion across various industries in Qatar.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience. The candidate should have a deep understanding and experience across key industries such as oil and gas, construction, technology, FMCG (food supply), and related fields in Qatar. The role requires a strategic leader who can identify business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and lead business growth initiatives in alignment with the company's vision.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across multiple sectors in Qatar.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in industries like oil and gas, construction, technology, FMCG (food supply), and others.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies that align with company goals.
Lead negotiations, presentations, and proposal development for key projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and project delivery is successful.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in business development with proven success across diverse industries in Qatar, such as oil and gas, construction, technology, FMCG (food supply).
Strong network of contacts and clients in relevant fields.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
