Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience. The candidate should have a deep understanding and experience across key industries such as oil and gas, construction, technology, FMCG (food supply), and related fields in Qatar. The role requires a strategic leader who can identify business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and lead business growth initiatives in alignment with the company's vision.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across multiple sectors in Qatar.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in industries like oil and gas, construction, technology, FMCG (food supply), and others.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies that align with company goals.
• Lead negotiations, presentations, and proposal development for key projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and project delivery is successful.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in business development with proven success across diverse industries in Qatar, such as oil and gas, construction, technology, FMCG (food supply).
• Strong network of contacts and clients in relevant fields.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
