We are currently looking for a skilled B2B Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive growth within the telecommunications sector.
Job Description:
The B2B Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business relationships with corporate clients in the telecom sector. The role requires a dynamic individual with a solid background in sales and a strong understanding of telecom solutions and services. This position will drive revenue growth by delivering customized solutions to clients and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the telecom sector.
  • Identify, target, and build relationships with potential B2B clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong relationships to increase retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored telecom solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing options, and contracts.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends to inform strategy and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or telecom industry sales.
  • Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English & Malayalam
  • Valid QID & NOC
  • With Driver's License & Own/Rented Car.
Benefits:
