CEO – Business Advisory & Consulting – Doha, Qatar
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the overall strategic direction, drive operational efficiency, and ensure growth of the Business Advisory and Consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and implement the firm’s long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy.
* Identify market opportunities and drive expansion into new markets, industries, and service lines.
Service Offering Design:
* Oversee the development and refinement of consulting services and solutions to meet evolving client demands.
* Ensure the creation of value-driven advisory services that align with client business challenges and goals.
Team Leadership and Management:
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of consultants and support staff.
* Foster a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture within the firm.
Revenue Generation and Business Development:
* Develop and execute revenue generation strategies, with a focus on long-term profitability and sustainable growth.
* Drive client acquisition efforts through networking, business development initiatives, and expanding the firm’s market presence.
Client and Project Management:
* Ensure the successful execution of client engagements by overseeing project management, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.
* Maintain high standards in delivering consulting solutions, ensuring they meet client expectations and drive measurable business impact.
Qualifications and Experience
* Chartered Accountant/ MBA with minimum 15 years’ experience in business consulting, advisory, or professional services.
* Proven experience as a CEO/ Partner/ Director or similar roles.
* Strong understanding of business consulting services, market trends, and growth strategies.
